With the affirmation of the legality of donating Zakat funds for this purpose, based on a Fatwa issued by the Emirates Fatwa Council, this initiative opens new horizons for goodness and giving in our society.

Importance of the Project:

Charity and Zakat are fundamental pillars in Islam, calling for solidarity and empathy among community members. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Heal your sick with charity," emphasizing the healing effect of giving. Allah Almighty also says in His noble book, "Take from their wealth a charity by which you purify them and cause them increase," (At-Tawbah: 103). From this perspective, the "Zakat Fund" project aims to direct Zakat towards supporting the treatment of cancer patients, thereby alleviating the burden on them and their families.
